Refund policy
- We have a 5 day return policy. You will have 5 days after receiving an item, to request an exchange or store credit ONLY. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.
- To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that it was received; unworn, unused, unwashed, and with tags. NO MAKEUP, DEODORANT, OR STAINS OF ANY KIND.
- Receipt (invoice) or proof of purchase is needed. All tax & shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit.
- No refunds or store credit will be provided for any items that are damaged.
- ALL JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE
To start a return, you can contact us at shopjirehofficial@gmail.com or through our "contact us" link on our home page. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We double check our orders before shipping out but please inspect your orders once received, and contact us IMMEDIATELY if you notice the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct as soon as possible. ITEM MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE STATED ON TRACKING INFORMATION
No exceptions/ non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Sale items
- Clearance items
- Giftcards
- Accessories
- Stained items of any sort
Exchanges
Items need to be returned within the 5 day period. Once a returned item is received and approved, you will receive a credit code. You will need to make a separate purchase for a new item with your credit code. Please allow 3-5 days to process. Not including weekends or holidays.
Refunds via store credit ONLY
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Upon approval, you will be automatically sent a personalized code for your store credit for the amount of the purchased item, within 3-5 days from receiving your return. Code amount does not include SHIPPING OR TAX FEES. Store credit does not expire.
